"How do we figure out how many calories foods have?" Answer:
Check every food's nutrition label, and be sure to watch the portion size. For foods that don't have a food label, any paperback calorie book will work. You can find these at most grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target and also any bookstore. You can also find this information online.
