Setup Your Team Beachbody Dashboard


The next Team Beachbody page looks like this:

Click on each button and set up your Dashboard! Be sure to upload a photo of yourself.
You may see your Facebook profile photo at the top right of your page.
It is easy to login and connect with Facebook.

If you aren't on your Dashboard yet, click here: http://www.teambeachbody.com. Sign in with your screen name and password.

TIME TO GO SHOPPING!

Click EAT SMART at the top. Scroll down to MICHI'S LADDER.Print out the food list, and go shopping! The healthier foods are at the top of the list. (Don't buy the foods at the bottom of the list.)

I have more videos for you to watch later about grocery shopping. This list will get you started.

WATCH VIDEOS!

Go back to the top of the page and click WATCH VIDEOS. Click on EATING HEALTHY.
The page will look like this -- watch as many videos as you can!

MY FAVORITE PROGRAMS

Click SHOP at the top of the page. Then select FITNESS PROGRAMS. All of the Beachbody programs are listed there. My favorites are REV ABS and BRAZIL BUTT LIFT! Both of them are easy to do at home in your living room.

If you do not have a gym membership, the Beachbody home fitness DVD's are an excellent option.
