Ingredients:
- 1 chicken cut up, or 4-6 chicken breasts
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- flour (for dredging)
Prep Time: 10 mins
- Heat oil in skillet, dredge chicken in flour, and brown on all sides. Transfer chicken to baking dish, add rest of ingredients, and bake in preheated oven on 300 degree oven for 2 hours (or a 350 degree oven for 1 hr).
